At Geedup Co., we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your streetwear. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Geedup hangtags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
